Open gym for anyone ages 1 to 5. A parent/guardian must stay with their child

Open gym for anyone ages 6-18 years old.  A parent/guardian does not have to be present.

4-5-year-olds

Learning through circuits and stations to allow Firecrackers to not only stay on task but also to have fun while learning gymnastics. Promoting strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility with all their skills. Learning the basics of vault, walking on the beam in different directions, properly gripping the bar while holding positions, and starting forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. Progressive gymnastics skills (Rollers-Jr. Flyers) are introduced and developed as the gymnast’s skill level improves.

Ages 6 and up

For anyone who has mastered ALL skills from Rollers. Skills include: handstand fall flat, 5 pull ups, casts, glide swings, jumps on beam, chasse, candlestick, right and left leg cartwheels, and backward rolls. Preparing you for Jr. Flyers.

This is a parent/child class for 1-2 year olds –– how minis learn best! Experience an exciting and playful atmosphere with your little ones while they explore the world of movement. Focusing on basic gymnastics skills and fine motor skill development, balance, and coordination.

Ages 6 and up

For anyone with little to no experience. Skills include: introduction to vault, terminology, properly gripping the bar while holding positions, jump to front support, pull up, walking in different directions on the beam, forward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. Preparing you for Leapers.

3-year-olds

Kids will learn to be independent while practicing proper techniques through specific gymnastic stations and circuits. Learning the basics for vault, walking on the beam in different directions, properly gripping the bar while holding positions, and starting forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.

This class is to learn tumbling, beam and bar skills. Gymnasts will learn rolls, cartwheels, handstands, walking on the beam in different directions and an introduction to bar skills. Once those skills are mastered gymnasts will learn more difficult skills.

This class is designed for the little ninjas in your life! They’ll test their strength and skills on different obstacles while learning some basic tumbling to help improve strength and balance.

Mini ninjas is for 3-5 year olds.

Ninja class is for kids 6+ years old.

Ages 6 and up

Tumbling 1: For anyone with little to no experience. Skills include: Rolls, handstand, cartwheel, bridge, and dive roll. Preparing you for Tumbling 2.

*This class is great for those who have participated in Cheer 1 in the past.*

Ages 6 and up

For anyone who has mastered ALL skills from Tumbling 1. Skills include: Backward straddle roll, backward roll to pike stand, right and left leg cartwheels, bridge kick-over, dive cartwheel, and handstand fall to bridge. Preparing you for Tumbling 3.

*This class is great for those who have participated in Cheer 1 in the past.*

Ages 6 and up

For anyone who has mastered ALL skills from Tumbling 1 and Tumbling 2. Skills include: Front and Back walkovers, back extension rolls, back limbers, round-offs, punch fronts, starting back handsprings. Preparing you for Tumbling 4.

*This class is great for those who have participated in Cheer 3 in the past.*
